We are an inclusive school which aims to support and welcome pupils with medical conditions.
If your child requires medicines to be taken in school time or has a medical condition that requires emergency medication to be held by school, please complete the relevant medication agreement by clicking on the links below.
Please note forms must be completed before any medication is handed into school.
All medications must be handed in to the school office.
