The focus of Children's Mental Health Week this year has been 'My Voice Matters'. Children looked at using their voice to share ideas on activities to improve their mental health and to express their thoughts and feelings.

Our pupils have learnt about the five ways to wellbeing : Connect, Be Active, Give, Keep Learning, Take Notice, all simple things that we can all do to improve our emotional health and wellbeing.

Each class were asked to plan activities based on these for this week to improve their wellbeing at school.

We finished the week with a Non-Uniform Day on Friday 9th February with the theme ‘Express Yourself’ and the pupils came to school in their own clothes to express their personality or feelings.
