  • Happy Christmas

    Fri 22 Dec 2023

Another very busy week in school as we have counted down to the Christmas Holidays.

Year 3 and 4 took us on a tour of Christmas Around The World and we all enjoyed their shows.

Year 6's carol concert was a real treat. Well done to all of them on their last Christmas performance before they leave St Catherine's.

We had a wonderful festive Christmas lunchtime on Wednesday. Many thanks to the ABM kitchen team for all their hard work. The snowmen cakes were very special.

The PTA held their Elfridge's sale on Thursday. Many thanks to them for organising this and to those of you who supported the sale.

Father Christmas has visited today and there has been lots of singing and joyful celebrations throughout the whole school.

Wishing everyone a peaceful Christmas and we will see you all in 2024.

School reopens on Monday 8th January.

    Fri 15 Dec 2023

We have had another very busy week at St Catherine's.

Well done Year 5 for your amazing show 'Star Warts' at Stourport Civic. It has been wonderful to hear how much everyone was entertained by the show.

Today Year 1 and 2 have performed their third and final show of 'The Angel Who Nearly Missed It All'. We hope all the parents and family members enjoyed the show as much as we did.

Next week Year 3 and 4 have their three performances of 'Christmas Around The World' and Year 6 have their carol concert. They have been really busy rehearsing and we look forward to seeing these shows.  Please remember your tickets.

  • Odd Socks Day

    Mon 13 Nov 2023

This week is Anti-Bullying Week and to mark the start of this we are all wearing odd socks for Odd Socks Day. It's a great way to celebrate what makes us all unique. We love seeing the combinations of socks everyone has chosen to wear.

The Heartsmart lessons in school will focus on the message that together, we can make a difference and take a stand against bullying.

There was much excitement in school last week as all classes took part in an event with Sports for Schools. We welcomed Will Bjergfelt, a para-cycling athlete and whilst in school he led a sponsored fitness circuit session with each class. Thank you all for you amazing support with this.
